Oversee project performance, including scope, budget, schedule, quality, risk, and client satisfaction.
Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring effective communication, issue resolution, and long-term client success.
Provide construction administration, technical support, and contract management during project implementation.
Mentor junior staff and support the development of project management, technical, and client relationship skills.
Provide technical leadership and contribute to engineering designs, analyses, specifications, cost estimates, and technical reports.

The Skills That Set You Apart

An undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university or a Civil Engineering Technology diploma.
Professional Engineer, P.Eng., or Certified Engineering Technologist, C.E.T., designation, or eligibility for registration with APEGA or ASET.
10+ years of progressive experience in municipal infrastructure engineering, with a focus on water and wastewater conveyance systems. Experience working with the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo is considered an asset.
Demonstrated success leading the delivery of engineering projects, including consultant coordination, client management, scope development, budget control, schedule management, and quality oversight.
Experience administering construction contracts and supporting projects through the construction phase.
Proven business development experience, including client relationship management, proposal preparation, and pursuit leadership.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, regulatory agencies, and multidisciplinary project teams.
