Program, test, and commission control systems in live plant environments.
Execute onsite and remote troubleshooting, including scheduled and unscheduled service support.
Develop control narratives, technical specifications, and system documentation that support safe and reliable operations.
Configure and deploy SCADA/HMI platforms, including graphics, communications, and databases.
Design and support industrial OT networks, enabling secure data flow between PLCs, SCADA, and enterprise systems.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams while taking ownership of assigned work.

The Skills That Set You Apart

2 to 5 years of hands-on controls, automation, or systems integration experience, including programming and commissioning.
Hands-on PLC programming experience with Rockwell Automation platforms such as ControlLogix, CompactLogix, or MicroLogix; experience with Emerson RX3i, Schneider Modicon M340/M580, or GE Fanuc is an asset.
Experience configuring and supporting VTScada and/or Ignition; experience with iFix, AVEVA, ClearSCADA, Survalent, or Geo SCADA is considered valuable.
Experience implementing and troubleshooting industrial communication protocols such as OPC UA, Modbus RTU/TCP, EtherNet/IP, Profibus, or Foundation Fieldbus.
Practical experience with system commissioning, startup support, and operator assistance.
Understanding of industrial networking, including Ethernet, fibre, segmentation, and firewalls.
Ability to produce control system specifications, PCNs, architecture diagrams, and networking documentation.
Experience reviewing shop drawings or control schematics, or proficiency with drafting/design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or MicroStation, is considered an asset.
