The Opportunity

The AI Adoption & Enablement Analyst ensures support readiness by creating knowledge base content and delivering targeted enablement for the Service Desk and OSS to improve first-contact resolution. The role also measures and communicates impact by tracking adoption and value metrics, analyzing trends to remove barriers, and producing dashboards and leadership readouts with clear recommendations.

Beyond that, the role is the operating engine behind WSP’s AI governance. It manages the intake and triage of new AI requests, coordinates cross-functional review and approval, and keeps decision records accurate and audit-ready. This is a role built on trust and judgement. You will work shoulder to shoulder with the leader of AI adoption and enablement, carrying decisions to closure on their behalf and owning the day-to-day management of AI requests.

Your Impact

You will:

Maintain a governed, searchable library of approved playbooks and prompts, including version control, change notes, and the deprecation of outdated patterns.
Create and maintain knowledge base articles, including how-to guidance, troubleshooting, known issues, and escalation paths, to keep the Service Desk and OSS ready to support AI tools and products.
Deliver targeted enablement for support teams through walkthroughs, office hours, and release briefings to reduce time-to-resolution and improve first-contact support.
Track and report adoption and value metrics, including usage, retention, feature penetration, and time saved, with segmentation by persona, region, and business line.
Analyze trends to identify adoption barriers and opportunities and recommend targeted actions such as new playbooks, training updates, or product feedback.
Produce dashboards and monthly or quarterly leadership readouts that connect adoption metrics to outcomes, risks, and recommended next steps.
Act as the first point of contact for incoming AI requests, assessing each against established risk and suitability criteria and recommending the appropriate review route.
Review incoming submissions for completeness and quality, follow up with requesters for missing detail, and keep them informed at every stage so reviewers receive requests that are ready to assess.
Coordinate the AI review and approval forum end to end, including agendas, pre-reads, scheduling, minutes, decisions, and follow-through on action items, bringing together stakeholders from across the business and specialist functions.
Prepare the assessment material for each request under review, drafting the business perspective and consolidating specialist input ahead of the meeting rather than during it.
Track decisions through to closure and keep governance records accurate, current, and audit-ready.
Extend reporting to cover governance as well as adoption, including request volumes, review outcomes, and cycle times, so leadership has a clear view of what is in progress and how long decisions take.
Prepare the data, briefing notes, and talking points behind leadership presentations, steering forums, and business-line conversations.

Working knowledge of responsible AI and safe-use practices, including privacy, confidentiality, and data handling, and the ability to embed quality and verification guardrails into enablement materials.
Strong technical writing skills with experience producing knowledge base content, including how-to guidance, troubleshooting, known issues, and escalation paths, and applying content standards and taxonomy to keep information easy to find.
Proven ability to enable support teams with a focus on improving first-contact resolution and time-to-resolution.
Strong analytical skills with experience tracking adoption and value metrics, including usage, retention, feature penetration, and time saved, and segmenting insights by persona, region, and business line.
Experience producing dashboards and leadership readouts that connect metrics to outcomes, risks, and clear recommendations.
Ability to identify adoption barriers, synthesize root causes, and drive improvements through updated playbooks, targeted enablement, and actionable product feedback.
Sound judgement, with the ability to take ownership of a problem and instinctively recognize which decisions need to be escalated.
Experience coordinating a governance, review, or approval body, including agendas, pre-reads, cross-functional reviewers, decision records, and disciplined follow-up on actions.
Hands-on dashboard and reporting skills using Power BI and the Microsoft 365 toolset, comfort with enterprise service management and collaboration platforms, and the discipline to keep records clean, current, and audit-ready.
Discretion and credibility with senior stakeholders, including experience handling commercially sensitive and confidential material.

Compensation

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $89,800 - $118,900
MB & ON: $81,900 - $112,800
NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $81,100 - $107,700
