Help shape the future of one of Canada's leading engineering, science and infrastructure solutions firm by supporting the President of WSP Canada. This highly visible role places you at the centre of executive decision-making, providing strategic administrative support, facilitating communication with senior leaders, and helping ensure the successful execution of key business priorities.

Based in Montréal, you will be a trusted partner to the President, balancing competing priorities, managing confidential information, and enabling operational excellence across a national organization.

Your Impact

Manage the President's complex calendar, travel arrangements, meeting schedules, and executive priorities.

Coordinate and streamline communication between the President and internal and external stakeholders.

Prepare high-quality correspondence, and executive materials.

Support logistics around management meetings, employee town halls, strategic initiatives that contribute to the success of WSP Canada.

Facilitate national communications and ensure information is distributed effectively.

Follow up on key actions and commitments

Safeguard highly confidential information with the utmost professionalism and discretion.

Serve as a trusted ambassador of the WSP brand and guiding principles.

The Skills That Set You Apart

More than 10 years of experience in a corporate environment within a large, complex organization.

At least 5 years of experience supporting C-suite executives, ideally a CEO, CFO, or equivalent leader.

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Outlook management.

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands and tight deadlines.

Strong bilingual communication skills in English and French.

Proven ability to exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive and confidential information.

Demonstrated experience coordinating executive travel, meetings, and documentation.

Postsecondary education in Business Administration or a related discipline is considered an asset.

Compensation

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $89,800 – $118,900
MB & ON: $81,900 – $112,800
NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $81,100 – $107,700
