The Skills That Set You Apart

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or a related field; a recognized accounting designation or progress toward one is an asset.
Minimum of five years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis, business partnering, management reporting or a related finance role.
Strong financial acumen and demonstrated ability to translate detailed analysis into meaningful business insights and recommendations.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI or other data visualization and financial systems is an asset.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail, combined with the ability to maintain perspective on broader business objectives.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and straightforward manner.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to building trusted relationships across functions and levels of the organization.
Proactive and dependable approach, with the confidence to take ownership of work from analysis through execution.
