  • Develop and maintain baseline budgets, work breakdown structures, schedules, cost plans, quality plans, and change management plans.
  • Monitor planned value, actual costs, earned value, expenditures, schedules, and forecasts to provide accurate insight into project performance.
  • Assess and communicate changes, variances, and deviations from project plans, helping teams proactively manage potential cost and schedule impacts.
  • Manage project financial health through variance reporting, billing coordination, monthly invoicing, and sub-consultant receivables.
  • Prepare monthly progress reports and reporting packages that provide project and corporate management teams with clear, timely information.
  • Coordinate across Project Controls and multidisciplinary project teams to support effective progress measurement, decision-making, and follow-up.
  • Support project meetings by coordinating agenda items, documenting minutes, and tracking follow-up actions.

The Skills That Set You Apart

  • A post-secondary diploma or degree, preferably in project management, finance, business, or a related discipline.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience, with previous experience in the engineering industry considered an asset.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting project controls, financial management, scheduling, forecasting, cost tracking, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to identify and communicate project cost and schedule variances.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with Microsoft Project is an asset.
  • Experience with Primavera P6, ProjectWise, and/or SharePoint is an asset.
