Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative solutions that create lasting value for clients and communities.
Lead proposals, pursuits, and client engagement activities that contribute to sustainable business growth.
Champion a culture of safety, quality, technical excellence, and continuous improvement across all project activities.

The Skills That Set You Apart

Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation and eligibility for registration with APEGS.
15+ years of progressive geotechnical engineering experience, including experience in foundation engineering and design.
Demonstrated success developing client relationships, generating new business opportunities, and contributing to the growth of an engineering consulting practice.
Established network and understanding of the Saskatchewan infrastructure, industrial, municipal, mining, or land development markets.
Proven ability to lead technical teams, mentor professionals, and support the development of future leaders.
Strong expertise in deep foundations, shallow foundations, settlement analysis, bearing capacity assessments, geotechnical investigations, and earth retention systems.
Excellent communication, proposal development, business development, and stakeholder engagement skills.
