Every successful environmental project depends on dependable coordination behind the scenes. Bring clarity to daily project needs and help multidisciplinary teams stay focused on delivering meaningful outcomes for clients and communities.
As a Project Administrative Assistant with our Remediation Program Management team in Edmonton or Calgary, AB, you'll support project managers, technical professionals, and client-facing teams delivering environmental assessment, remediation, reclamation, and site closure projects. Your organized, responsive support will help project information, procurement activities, travel, correspondence, and administrative workflows move forward efficiently.
Your Impact
Deliver professional administrative support that helps project managers and technical teams meet daily priorities and client commitments.
Coordinate travel and event logistics so project teams can work effectively across locations and assignments.
Manage purchase order requests and procurement coordination to support timely access to project services and resources.
Produce polished client correspondence and presentations that reflect WSP's professional standards.
Maintain accurate project information in Oracle, SharePoint, Excel, and electronic and hard-copy filing systems.
Collaborate with administrative colleagues across Canada to strengthen consistent, reliable project support.
The Skills That Set You Apart
A diploma or certificate in business administration, office administration, project administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience supporting environmental, engineering, construction, remediation, or professional services projects is an asset.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, SharePoint, Teams, Power BI, and Oracle for project administration and information management.
Ability to organize multiple priorities, coordinate deadlines, and maintain accurate project records in a fast-paced environment.
Clear written and verbal communication skills for preparing correspondence, presentations, procurement requests, and project updates.
Sound judgment when handling confidential information, resolving administrative issues, and working independently within a collaborative team.

Compensation
AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $47,500 - $63,800
MB & ON: $43,300 - $60,500
NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $42,900 - $57,800
