Partner with technical professionals to transform complex concepts into persuasive, easy-to-understand messaging that resonates with clients.
Oversee proposal production, formatting, brand compliance, and submission requirements while maintaining a high standard of quality and accuracy.
Drive continuous improvement by maintaining pursuit resources, supporting interview preparation, and incorporating client feedback into future pursuit strategies.

The Skills That Set You Apart

10+ years of proposal, pursuit, marketing, or business development experience, preferably within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry.
Demonstrated success leading large, complex proposals and multidisciplinary pursuits from strategy through submission.
Exceptional writing, editing, storytelling, and communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and PowerPoint.
Experience using proposal management platforms, content libraries, and CRM systems to support business development activities.
