Design and implement engagement programs with Indigenous Nations, regulatory agencies, community members, and stakeholders.
Provide strategic guidance to clients on environmental planning, permitting, infrastructure servicing strategies, and feasibility studies.
Strengthen client relationships, identify emerging opportunities, and contribute to successful business development and proposal efforts.
Mentor and support team members through technical leadership, coaching, and professional development.
Champion health, safety, sustainability, and quality excellence throughout project delivery.

The Skills That Set You Apart

Strong knowledge of applicable legislation, including the Environmental Assessment Act, Endangered Species Act, Ontario Heritage Act, and related regulatory frameworks.
Proven experience engaging Indigenous Nations, stakeholders, regulators, and the public using both traditional and digital engagement approaches.
Strong project management capabilities with experience leading medium to large multidisciplinary teams.
