Open Role
Community Coordinator
Help families feel welcomed. Help the lab run right. Protect the standard.
Location: Xai Robotics, Coral Springs, FL
Type: Part time, onsite
At Xai Robotics, the parent experience matters.
Families do not simply join a program. They enter an institution with real standards, real systems, and real expectations. That means communication must be warm, clear, and professional. It also means policies must be upheld consistently.
We are hiring a Community Coordinator to help lead that work.
This is a people facing operations role. You will be one of the main points of contact for families and prospective families, helping them understand our programs, navigate enrollment, follow policies, and experience Xai Robotics as the serious and well run institution it is.
What This Role Is Really About
This role sits at the intersection of hospitality, discipline, and execution.
You will return calls, follow up with interested families, help keep schedules running correctly, support front desk operations, and ensure that parents understand and respect the policies that protect the lab experience for everyone.
This is not a passive receptionist role.
You are helping maintain order, clarity, warmth, and trust across the organization. The best person in this role can be gracious without being soft, organized without being robotic, and firm without creating friction.
Core Responsibilities
Family communication and enrollment support
This role is not just about being friendly.
It is about representing Xai Robotics well while protecting standards that matter. Families should feel welcomed, respected, and taken seriously. They should also understand that our policies exist for good reasons and are enforced consistently.
The right person for this role knows how to create a positive experience without letting things become loose, vague, or disorderly.
Why Xai Robotics
Xai Robotics is not a generic after school program.
We are building a serious robotics institution in South Florida with high standards for both technical work and operational execution. Families trust us not only because of what students build here, but because the environment is disciplined, thoughtful, and well run.
This role matters because families feel the quality of an organization through its people, its follow through, and its standards. You will help shape that experience every day.
