Site Superintendent – Hotel Renovation, Thompson, MB
Start: first week of November 2026 · Full-time · On site
Xana International is hiring a Site Superintendent to run day-to-day operations on a hotel renovation project in Thompson, Manitoba. You will be the person on the ground who keeps the trades coordinated, the schedule on track and the site safe.
What you will do
- Oversee day-to-day site operations and coordinate trades
- Ensure work is completed according to plans, schedules and quality standards
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site activities
- Maintain a safe, clean and organized job site
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to management
- Identify and resolve site issues efficiently
- Keep daily site records: progress, manpower, deliveries and photos
What you bring
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Site Superintendent or in a similar role
- Strong renovation and construction experience
- Hospitality renovation experience is a plus (hotel work while guests are on the property is a real advantage)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple trades and priorities at once
- Strong knowledge of construction site safety and procedures
- Fall protection and WHMIS certification, or willingness to obtain them
- Valid driver's licence
- Able to work on site in Thompson for the duration of the project

Responsibilities
