- Experience with Agentic AI, AI Orchestration, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Knowledge Management, and Enterprise Search.
- Experience in management consulting, professional services, or large-scale enterprise environments.
- Experience with process mining platforms such as Celonis, Signavio, or UiPath Process Mining.
- Experience with organizational change management and technology adoption programs.
- Experience supporting AI governance, model risk management, and responsible AI initiatives.
- Experience across industries such as Government, Healthcare, Energy, Manufacturing, Financial Services, or Retail.

Responsibilities
Lead complex cross-functional AI and digital transformation initiatives from strategy through implementation. Gather requirements, analyze processes, manage executive stakeholders, develop business cases and ROI frameworks, and support AI adoption and change management.
Requirements
Requires 7–10+ years of experience in business analysis, product management, digital transformation, or consulting, including 3+ years focused on AI, automation, analytics, or data-driven transformation. Candidates should have experience with complex initiatives, Agile or related delivery methods, executive-level stakeholder engagement, business cases, strategic workshops, and AI implementation and adoption.
