Security Engineer
Location: Mississauga, ON (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)Job Type: Contract
Job Description:
We are looking for a Security Engineer with experience in enterprise security tools, cloud security, and automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and configure security tools.
- Monitor security alerts and support incident investigations.
- Work with SIEM, SOAR, EDR, and XDR platforms.
- Manage AWS and Azure security.
- Develop automation using Python or PowerShell.
- Identify security vulnerabilities and support fixes.
Required Skills:
- SIEM: CrowdStrike, Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, or QRadar.
- SOAR, EDR, and XDR.
- AWS/Azure Security.
- Python or PowerShell.
- IAM and Vulnerability Management.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities
Manage and configure enterprise security tools, monitor alerts, and support incident investigations across SIEM, SOAR, EDR, and XDR platforms. Manage AWS and Azure security, develop automation, and identify vulnerabilities while supporting remediation.
Requirements
Experience with SIEM platforms such as CrowdStrike, Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, or QRadar, as well as SOAR, EDR, and XDR, is required. Candidates should have AWS or Azure security experience, Python or PowerShell skills, knowledge of IAM and vulnerability management, and strong troubleshooting abilities.
