Territory Manager – Capital Sales | Ontario
Xcite Technologies | Medical Aesthetics
The Opportunity
Xcite Technologies is looking for a driven, competitive Territory Manager to grow our capital equipment business across Ontario.
This is a true hunter role for someone with a proven track record in outside sales who wants to build a career in medical aesthetics.
Working closely with our District Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying new prospects, engaging decision-makers and developing qualified opportunities. You'll lead the early stages of the sales cycle before partnering with the District Sales Manager to advance opportunities toward closing.
Your job is to create opportunities, not wait for them.
What You'll Do
Generate 3–5 new qualified sales opportunities every week through cold calling, direct outreach, referrals, networking and in-person prospecting.
Identify and engage dermatologists, plastic surgeons, physicians and medical aesthetic practice owners.
Lead discovery conversations, uncover business challenges and qualify investment potential, decision-makers and timelines.
Ask tough questions, challenge the status quo and confidently secure next steps.
Partner with the District Sales Manager to advance opportunities through demonstrations and toward closing.
Build a consistent pipeline while maintaining accurate Salesforce records and follow-up.
Develop competitive intelligence and identify opportunities in underserved markets.
What We're Looking For
2–3 years of successful outside sales experience with a demonstrated history of territory growth and exceeding quotas.
A natural hunter who enjoys prospecting and opening new accounts.
Confidence engaging business owners, handling objections, and asking the tough questions.
Resilience. You're comfortable with constant rejection and understand that "no" is part of sales.
High energy, accountability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
Strong organization, time management, and CRM skills.
Coachability and a genuine desire to develop a career in medical device sales.
Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time.
Medical device or aesthetics experience is an asset but not required. Your sales track record and ability to generate new business matter more.
