What you’ll do…

Build a pipeline of new sales opportunities through phone, email, research, and strategic prospecting.
Maintain a consistent level of outbound activity, with cold-calling as a core part of your prospecting approach.
Research districts, priorities, and decision-makers to make outreach relevant.
Start meaningful conversations, uncover challenges, and qualify new sales opportunities.
Generate your own outbound opportunities rather than relying solely on inbound leads.
Consistently follow up with prospects and manage your pipeline in Salesforce.
Partner with Xello’s sales team on territory and account strategies.
Own your results, review your performance, seek coaching, and continuously improve.

1-2 years of sales, business development, prospecting, or related experience is an asset.

This role is open to candidates based remotely in Canada or the United States.

The compensation for this role offers an OTE ranging from $65,000 to $80,000 CAD/$62,000 - $78,000 USD, with a 65/35 split between base salary and performance-based incentive compensation.

The final offer will be determined based on the candidate’s experience and expertise, as assessed during the interview process.
