Relevant du Superviseur de production, le Sableur joue un rôle essentiel dans la fabrication en assurant la coupe, le sablage et la préparation des pièces selon les spécifications. Par son expertise et sa collaboration avec l’équipe, il contribue directement à la qualité des produits, à l’efficacité des opérations et au respect des échéanciers de production, tout en participant aux différentes activités d’assemblage selon les besoins.
Responsabilités
- Opérer des équipements, de la machinerie ou des outils manuels pour couper, façonner et ajuster les matériaux afin de produire des pièces conformes aux spécifications.
- Interpréter les plans et dessins techniques pour effectuer des travaux précis de coupe et de sablage.
- Préparer et assembler des matériaux composites en suivant les modèles établis.
- Collaborer étroitement avec les membres de l’équipe afin d’améliorer la productivité et la qualité du travail.
- Documenter avec exactitude les informations relatives aux processus et au temps de production dans les délais requis.
- Manipuler et déplacer les coques, incluant leur chargement sur des chariots.
- Contribuer à diverses tâches d’assemblage et effectuer toute autre tâche connexe selon les besoins de la production.
- Maintenir un environnement de travail sécuritaire en respectant les politiques et règlements de sécurité.
- Adopter et promouvoir des comportements exemplaires en matière de sécurité au sein de l’équipe.
- Participer à l’élaboration et à l’amélioration des évaluations de risques et des procédures opérationnelles.
- Assumer pleinement les responsabilités liées à la sécurité dans l’exécution des tâches quotidiennes.
- Diplôme d’études secondaires (DES) considéré comme un atout.
- Moins de 6 mois d’expérience pertinente; une expérience en milieu manufacturier est un atout.
- Capacité à utiliser des outils électriques et manuels de façon sécuritaire et efficace.
- Habileté à lire et interpréter des plans, tout en assurant un contrôle rigoureux de la qualité.
- Bonne gestion du temps et des matériaux dans un environnement de production.
- Engagement envers les normes de santé et sécurité au travail.
- Capacité à travailler en équipe et à collaborer avec différents départements.
