Xplore is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Agency Coordinator at the Sr. Analyst or Manager level to join our Collections Team. This role is critical in managing relationships with our debt collection agencies and driving performance through data analysis and strategic insights. The ideal candidate will possess strong agency management experience and exceptional analytical skills to enhance our collections operations.

Key Responsibilities Will Include

Agency Management

Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned debt collection agencies to ensure alignment with Xplore’s collection strategies and objectives.
Monitor agency performance, providing feedback and guidance to optimize recovery efforts and compliance with company standards.

Data Analysis

Analyze collection performance data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and actionable insights.
Create and maintain performance dashboards and reports to track key metrics such as recovery rates, recovery dollars, and agency commissions.

Performance Improvement

Collaborate with the Collections Team to develop strategies that enhance agency performance and drive higher recovery rates.
Conduct regular performance reviews with agencies, presenting findings and recommendations for improvement.

Reporting

Prepare and present comprehensive reports on agency performance to senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and strategic recommendations.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of collection metrics to support operational decision-making.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with other departments, including Operations, Finance, and Compliance, to ensure cohesive strategies and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at improving overall collections processes and systems.

An Ideal Candidate Will Possess

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in agency management, collections, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving performance improvements.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate and analyze large datasets using tools such as Excel, SQL, or other data analysis software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with reporting tools and dashboards (SQL, Power BI, Google Looker)
