The Role

We're on the lookout for an Acocunt Executive!

Scope of tasks

Strategic Account Development:

Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities with enterprise clients in the U.S
Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy focused on acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships
Research and analyze the potential needs of prospects and craft tailored sales pitches and solutions

Sales Execution:

Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals for all XTM products (XTM, XTRF, Rigi, Local, Transifex)
Conduct high-level discussions with C-suite executives, decision-makers, and key stakeholders
Present and demonstrate the XTM platform's capabilities, value proposition, and ROI to potential clients
Develop and negotiate complex contracts to close new business

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, becoming a trusted advisor and driving customer satisfaction
Work closely with customer success teams to ensure a seamless onboarding and implementation experience
Engage with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities

Market Intelligence & Strategy:

Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to refine sales strategies
Monitor and analyze competitor offerings to help position XTM more effectively in the market
Provide insights to the product and marketing teams based on feedback from customers and prospects

Sales Forecasting & Reporting:

Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline in CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot)
Provide regular sales forecasts, status updates, and progress reports to senior leadership
Track and report key metrics to measure the effectiveness of sales activities

Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns that drive leads and awareness
Collaborate with the technical and product teams to ensure alignment between customer needs and product offerings
Participate in sales meetings, training, and development programs to stay aligned with company goals

Requirements

xperience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the SaaS, language technology, or related industries
Proven track record of successfully selling complex software solutions to enterprise clients
Experience selling to C-suite executives and senior decision-makers
Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding annual quota

Skills:

Solid understanding and experience with the application of MEDDPICC
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Expertise in solution-based selling and consultative sales processes
Proficiency with CRM tools (Hubspot preferred), sales forecasting tools and AI-driven sales enablement tools
Ability to navigate long sales cycles with complex decision-making processes

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus

Additional:

Ability to travel within the US as needed
Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and a goal-oriented mindset
Highly energetic, commercially driven and motivated by achieving and exceeding sales targets
A hands-on, can-do approach, with a willingness to roll up their sleeves and do the hard work required to generate new business, including proactive and manual outbound prospecting
Coachable and open to feedback, with a strong desire to learn, develop and continuously improve their sales approach
