Role Description The CRE – Marketing Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada. This role is responsible for analyzing market data, tenant trends, and asset performance to support leasing, marketing, and investment strategies for the office portfolio. The analyst will develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations that provide insights on occupancy, rental rates, demand drivers, and competitive positioning. Daily tasks include conducting market research on comparable properties, preparing marketing analytics for campaigns, supporting leasing teams with data-driven collateral, and tracking the performance of marketing and sales initiatives. The role also collaborates with asset management and leasing professionals to refine go-to-market strategies, optimize tenant mix, and contribute to business plans and budget decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical capabilities, including Analytical Skills and Analytics, with experience interpreting data and generating actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Marketing Analytics, including tracking campaign performance, analyzing tenant and prospect behavior, and reporting on key metrics.
• Effective Communication skills for presenting findings, preparing reports, and collaborating with leasing, marketing, and asset management teams.
• Understanding of Sales dynamics within commercial real estate, including lead funnels, conversion drivers, and tenant engagement.
• Experience with data tools (e.g., Excel, BI dashboards, CRM systems); familiarity with CRE market research platforms is an asset.
• Background in commercial real estate, finance, economics, business, or a related field; post-secondary education in a relevant discipline preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in the Greater Toronto Area and manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Comfort working in a collaborative, performance-focused environment and contributing to long-term asset and tenant strategies.
