Original job description

Business Development Executive

Full-time | Immediate start

Yobo AI is hiring an exceptional salesperson to win new business among restaurants and other small businesses, with a particular focus on groups operating 5–10 locations.

Our technology goes beyond answering the phone. Yobo AI handles voice and two-way text conversations, captures orders and inquiries, responds to customers quickly, follows up with relevant messages, and helps businesses convert inquiries into sales.

We have spent more than a year developing and refining the system. It is already serving customers, with advanced capabilities that create a strong competitive position. Government grant programs also help eligible customers adopt our technology.

We need someone who can learn the product quickly, start prospecting immediately, and take ownership of results.

What you’ll do

Find and approach restaurant owners, small-chain operators, and other small-business decision-makers.
Build your own pipeline through cold calls, visits, email, LinkedIn, and referrals.
Deliver demonstrations that connect our capabilities to the customer’s business needs.
Manage the entire sales process: outreach, discovery, demonstration, follow-up, negotiation, and closing.
Build lasting customer relationships and identify opportunities to expand across multiple locations.
Meet agreed sales targets and maintain accurate pipeline records.

What you bring

A proven record of generating and closing new business.
Experience working in restaurants or selling directly to restaurant owners.
The ability to prospect independently and reach the people who make buying decisions.
Strong communication, disciplined follow-up, and confidence handling objections.
An ability to learn technology quickly and explain its value clearly.
The drive to execute without constant supervision.

Compensation and opportunity

Base salary.
Additional performance bonuses tied to sales results.

This is a demanding sales role with clear accountability. We are looking for someone who can demonstrate exceptional results, build a pipeline from the ground up, and turn conversations into paying customers.

To apply: Submit your résumé and a brief note describing your restaurant experience, measurable sales achievements, and earliest available start date.
