Job Title: Business Systems Analyst – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
Location: Mississauga / Greater Toronto Area (GTA), Ontario, Canada
Work Model: Hybrid

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst with 7–10 years of experience in business and systems analysis, preferably with hands-on exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
The ideal candidate will have experience gathering business requirements, analyzing business processes, documenting functional specifications, and coordinating with technical teams to implement ERP solutions. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, ERP systems, and business process optimization will be highly valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
- Work with business users and technical teams to understand and improve existing business processes.
- Support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / Dynamics NAV implementations, enhancements, and integrations.
- Prepare business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, process flows, and user stories.
- Perform gap analysis and translate business requirements into functional solutions.
- Coordinate with developers, vendors, and business stakeholders throughout project delivery.
- Support system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect tracking, and issue resolution.
- Assist with ERP system enhancements, process optimization, and implementation activities.
Required Qualifications
- 7–10 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Business Analyst.
- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, or other Dynamics ERP solutions.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and business process analysis.
- Experience in requirements gathering, functional documentation, gap analysis, and stakeholder management.
- Knowledge of BRD, FRD, user stories, process mapping, and UAT.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional business and technical teams.
