Role Expectation: Expected to coordinate with the client like an Engagement Lead, requiring strong experience with client interaction.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled QA Engineer (Mobile Testing) with a strong background in mobile testing.

The ideal candidate will have 7-10 Years of experience in quality assurance, with a focus on functional testing. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and performance of our mobile applications, contributing to the overall success of our projects.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for mobile applications.
• Perform functional testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure software quality.
• Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools and methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to understand requirements and provide feedback on product functionality.
• Participate in test case reviews and provide input on test strategy and test coverage.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in mobile testing.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong expertise in functional testing, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software.
• Extensive knowledge of mobile testing methodologies and tools.
• Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail) for tracking and reporting defects.
• Ability to write clear and concise test cases and documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with automated testing tools and frameworks.
• Experience in performance testing and security testing for mobile applications.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
• Understanding of mobile platforms (iOS, Android) and their testing requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7-10 Years of experience in manual testing, with a focus on mobile applications.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
