Mandatory - SFDC marketing data cloud, marketing next, very good communication skills
10+ years of hands on experience in implementing Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
-Any experience or exposure to Marketing Cloud Next is highly preferred.
-Hands on development experience on SFMC modules- including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, MobilePush, MobileConnect, Interaction Studio, Contact Builder, Content etc.
-Experience in using AMPscript, HTML, and CSS.
-Demonstrated ability to make strong technical and architectural decisions based on business objectives, platform constraints, and best practices.
-Knowledge on Data Cloud is preferred
-Should possess excellent communication skill. Should be able to engage with Business stakeholders and understand the requirements/business objectives and translate those requirements into technical design.
-Proven experience in leading or owning complex SFMC implementations in enterprise environments

Responsibilities
Lead and own complex enterprise Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations, making technical and architectural decisions aligned with business objectives, platform constraints, and best practices. Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs.
Requirements
Requires 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation experience, including development across its modules and proficiency in AMPscript, HTML, and CSS. Marketing Cloud Next exposure is highly preferred, Data Cloud knowledge is preferred, and strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills are required.
