Key Responsibilities
DevOps & CI/CD Engineering
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps.
- Automate application build, testing, deployment, and release management processes.
- Establish best practices for source code management, branching strategies, and release governance.
- Build reusable pipeline templates and deployment frameworks.
- Support continuous integration, continuous delivery, and continuous deployment initiatives.
GitHub & Azure DevOps Administration
- Administer GitHub Enterprise and Azure DevOps environments.
- Manage repositories, branch policies, pull requests, code reviews, and access controls.
- Implement repository governance, security scanning, and compliance best practices.
- Configure GitHub Actions workflows and Azure DevOps pipelines.
- Integrate GitHub and ADO with enterprise tools and cloud platforms.
Infrastructure Automation
- Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using:
o Terraform
o Azure Bicep
o ARM Templates
o CloudFormation
o Ansible
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management.
- Implement environment provisioning across Development, QA, UAT, and Production environments.
Cloud Platform Engineering
- Support cloud-native deployments across:
o Microsoft Azure
o Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Design scalable, reliable, and secure cloud infrastructure.
- Implement containerized solutions and orchestration platforms.
- Optimize cloud resource usage and cost efficiency.
Containerization & Kubernetes
- Build and manage Docker-based container solutions.
- Deploy and support Kubernetes environments.
o Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
o Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS)
- Develop Helm charts and deployment automation frameworks.
DevSecOps & Security
- Integrate security controls within CI/CD pipelines.
o SAST
o DAST
o Dependency Scanning
o Secret Management
o Vulnerability Assessments
- Establish secure-by-design deployment practices.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards and governance requirements.
Monitoring & Reliability Engineering
- Implement observability and monitoring solutions.
- Configure logging, alerting, and performance monitoring.
- Support incident response and root cause analysis.
- Drive platform reliability, availability, and performance improvements.

Required Qualifications
Experience
- 8+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Platform Engineering, or Infrastructure Automation.
- Hands-on experience designing enterprise-scale CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience supporting highly available cloud-native environments.
