The ServiceNow Principal Platform Architect serves as the senior-most technical authority for ServiceNow platform strategy, architecture, governance, and transformation programs. This role provides architectural leadership across multiple ServiceNow product lines, ensuring scalable, secure, and business-aligned platform solutions while guiding executive stakeholders and delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own enterprise-wide ServiceNow platform architecture and roadmap.
- Lead solution architecture across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SPM, HRSD, SecOps, CSM, FSM, and custom applications.
- Provide architecture governance and oversee platform standards, design authority, and technical quality.
- Advise C-level stakeholders on platform strategy, modernization, AI adoption, and digital transformation.
- Lead complex architecture workshops and executive design sessions.
- Define integration, security, data, CMDB, and platform governance strategies.
- Mentor architects and senior consultants across large-scale transformation programs.
- Drive adoption of ServiceNow best practices and Expert Services methodologies.
- Support pre-sales activities, solution reviews, estimations, and strategic pursuits.
Required Experience
- 10+ years of IT industry experience.
- 7+ years of ServiceNow architecture experience.
- Multiple enterprise-wide ServiceNow implementations.
- Experience leading global ServiceNow transformation initiatives.
- Strong expertise across multiple ServiceNow product suites.
- Proven executive stakeholder management experience.

- Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Multiple CIS certifications across ServiceNow products
