Purpose:

Under the direction of the Operations Manager, the Administrative and Event Support Assistant provides administrative and event coordination support to the department of Cinema & Media Arts by assisting with the planning and delivery of departmental events, serving as a point of contact for inquiries, and supporting a range of administrative functions.

Education:

Completion of a high school diploma.

Experience:

Minimum 6 Months' Experience In Administrative And Event Support.

Skills:

Effective communication skills.

Effective customer service skills with the ability to deal courteously and effectively with people.

Ability to demonstrate organizational skills to carry out a variety of tasks.

Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Additional Notes:

Ability to lift up to 10lbs.
