About the Role

We're looking for a Software Developer - Internal Tools who combines strong software engineering fundamentals with hands-on experience managing internal systems and infrastructure. Build solutions to automate employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, account provisioning, and access management.
Develop and maintain integrations between enterprise applications including Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra ID, BambooHR, Jira, Salesforce, and Freshworks.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following software engineering best practices.

Design and implement scalable workflows that improve operational efficiency and reduce manual processes.
Manage and enhance identity and access management solutions including SSO, MFA, RBAC, and authentication workflows.
Build and maintain scripts, utilities, and tools used across internal teams.
Work with APIs, web services, and system integrations to connect business applications.
Support deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of internal infrastructure and applications.
Collaborate with Engineering teams to understand technical requirements and deliver reliable solutions.
Participate in infrastructure improvements including backup solutions, disaster recovery, security enhancements, and system optimization.
Maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational runbooks.

Experience with cybersecurity practices, endpoint security, and vulnerability management.
