YYC Wraps is an established automotive restyling shop with a strong local reputation and a growing customer base. We’re looking for someone who can play a meaningful role in the day-to-day operation and continued growth of the business.

This is a full-time, on-site role in Calgary focused on day-to-day operations, customer management, sales, production support, and social media. This is not an installation position. The successful candidate will not be expected to install vinyl, PPF, or tint.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the shop
- Supporting and coordinating the team
- Managing schedules, work orders, customer records, and our CRM
- Answering customer inquiries, following up with leads, and supporting sales
- Managing customer expectations and resolving issues professionally
- Preparing and plotting film so installers have materials ready for upcoming jobs
- Monitoring inventory and ensuring the shop remains properly stocked
- Completing occasional local supplier pickups within Calgary
- Taking photos and videos of completed and in-progress work
- Managing day-to-day social media activity and helping grow our organic presence
We will provide training on our plotting equipment, software, and internal processes.
Experience in the wrap, PPF, tint, detailing, or automotive restyling industry is a strong asset, but the most important qualities are organisation, communication, sales ability, sound judgment, and the ability to take ownership of a fast-moving operation.

Compensation: $60,000–$70,000 CAD per year
