Job Overview
ZenaTech is hiring an on-camera creator and brand face to build visibility and cultural relevance for our product through short-form video and social content. You'll be the recognizable face of an AI productivity suite, turning product workflows and user pain points into content people actually want to watch. Working closely with marketing, product, and creative teams, you'll develop a consistent on-screen identity and help shape how the brand shows up in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the brand's primary on-camera personality across social, product, and campaign content
- Create short-form video content for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms
- Transform product features, workflows, and customer pain points into engaging creator-led content
- Develop and maintain a repeatable content style and on-camera identity
- Collaborate with marketing on hooks, messaging angles, campaigns, launches, and growth experiments
- Partner with product and internal teams to understand the platform deeply and explain it clearly on camera
- Produce high-volume content in various formats: explainers, reactions, educational clips, trend-adapted content, founder-style brand storytelling, and launch videos
- Work with editors and producers to optimize performance using audience data and engagement metrics
- Build an organic content engine that connects viewership to audience growth and revenue
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience creating video content in a professional, brand, or media context - including work that features you on camera.
- Natural, confident on-camera presence with the ability to communicate technical concepts in an engaging, accessible way.
- Proficiency in self-directed filming (camera setup, framing, basic lighting for talking head and field formats).
- Ability to make B2B and SaaS concepts feel clear, modern, and engaging
- Strong writing ability - comfortable drafting scripts, captions, and content briefs with minimal oversight.
- Background in SaaS, productivity, tech, startups, or creator-led brands (preferred)
- Experience working with editors, producers, or internal content teams (preferred)
- Post-secondary education in journalism, communications, film, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
