Since 2017, the company has leveraged its software development expertise and expanded its drone design and manufacturing capabilities through ZenaDrone to innovate and enhance customer inspection, monitoring, safety, security, compliance, and surveying processes. This role operates out of our 250 University Ave, Toronto, ON M5G office.

Role Overview

ZenaTech is seeking a Paid Media Coordinator to execute and optimize all paid media initiatives across global, national, and regional markets. This role will manage PPC, search, social, and industry‑specific paid media programs, ensuring efficient spend, strong ROI, and alignment with business growth goals.

Key Responsibilities

Execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and industry platforms
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis
Monitor performance metrics (CPL, CPA, ROAS) and deliver actionable insights
Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to align messaging
Test new platforms, formats, and industry‑specific advertising opportunities
Prepare performance reports and recommendations

Required Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in paid media or performance marketing
Strong hands‑on experience with PPC and B2B paid media campaigns
Proficiency in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and analytics tools (GA4, Looker, etc.)
Experience supporting or exposure to multi‑market or global campaigns
Strong analytical and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

B2B or technology industry experience
Paid media certifications (Google, Meta, LinkedIn)
Experience with ABM or industry‑specific media platforms
