- Early Professional (1–3 years): CAD $71,000–$80,000

About ZenduIT / GoFleet / GoZen Intelligence
ZenduIT and GoFleet build technology that helps organizations manage fleets and field operations more effectively. Our solutions span GPS tracking, driver safety, AI dash cameras, maintenance, compliance, asset monitoring, workflow automation, and business intelligence.
We are now building GoZen Intelligence, an AI-powered fleet intelligence platform designed to turn large volumes of operational data into prioritized insights, recommendations, and actions.
About the Role
We are looking for an AI Product Builder who enjoys turning ambiguous problems into useful products.
This is not a traditional software developer role and not a pure Product Manager role. You will work across product thinking, software development, data, AI, prototyping, and customer problems.
You will:
- Understand real customer and operational problems before building.
- Explore data, identify patterns, and challenge assumptions.
- Build prototypes, full-stack features, APIs, data workflows, and AI-powered tools.
- Use AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or similar to accelerate development.
- Choose practical solutions based on customer value, speed, quality, and maintainability.
- Test your work, identify edge cases, and verify AI-generated output.
- Measure whether what you build actually improves customer outcomes.
- Turn repeated work into reusable components and automations.
What You Might Build
Examples include:
- AI-powered alert prioritization and noise reduction.
- Maintenance and vehicle fault intelligence.
- LLM-powered assistants, summaries, and workflow automation.
- Data normalization, enrichment, and quality monitoring.
- Rapid prototypes for new AI and fleet intelligence products.
What We're Looking For
We value aptitude, ownership, curiosity, and proof of work more than job titles or years of experience.
You should be able to demonstrate that you have:
- Personally built software, prototypes, automations, dashboards, tools, or data products.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Experience with modern development and APIs such as JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular/React, Node/Python, SQL/MongoDB or equivalent technologies.
- Comfort working with ambiguity and incomplete requirements.
- Practical experience using AI in your development workflow.
- The judgment to verify AI output rather than blindly trust it.
Startup, hackathon, founder, side-project, or customer-facing engineering experience is a plus.
