Business Development / Sales Development Representative

Location: Mississauga, Ontario (hybrid) · Type: Full-time, permanent · Hours: 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday · Team: GTM (Sales & Channel)

Work arrangement: Hybrid, with at least 3 days a week in our Mississauga office and up to 2 days remote. For strong candidates based outside the Greater Toronto Area, we may consider a remote arrangement.

About ZenduIT / GoFleet / GoZen Intelligence

ZenduIT and GoFleet build technology that helps organizations run fleets and field operations: GPS tracking, driver safety, AI dash cameras, maintenance, compliance, asset monitoring and business intelligence. We are now building GoZen Intelligence, an AI-powered fleet intelligence platform that turns operational data into prioritized insights and actions.

About the role

You will open doors with fleet operators and channel partners across North America. You research accounts, start conversations, qualify real operational needs and hand qualified opportunities to our account executives with full context.

What you will do

Build target lists of fleet operators, resellers and channel partners in your assigned segment.
Run outbound calls, email and LinkedIn sequences; follow up on inbound leads quickly.
Run discovery on fleet size, safety, compliance, camera and integration needs.
Book and hand off qualified meetings with accurate notes in Zoho CRM.
Keep every contact on a next step and a date.
Use AI to research accounts and draft outreach, and verify facts before you use them.
Review your calls with your coach and improve one thing each week.

What we are looking for

3+ years in SDR, BDR, inside sales, channel or partner sales (senior bands suit team-lead or partner-account experience).
Confident phone presence and active listening.
Research before every call, and disciplined follow-through.
Experience with a CRM (Zoho, HubSpot or Salesforce).
Practical AI use in prospecting, with fact-checking.
Legally entitled to work in Canada.
Telematics, fleet, SaaS or hardware sales experience is an asset. Spanish is an asset for LATAM partners.

Compensation (CAD, annual, tentative)

3–5 years: base $55,000 – $70,000; on-target earnings $80,000 – $100,000
6–8 years: base $65,000 – $85,000; on-target earnings $95,000 – $125,000
9–11 years: base $80,000 – $100,000; on-target earnings $120,000 – $150,000

These ranges are tentative and will be finalized as we move through the hiring process, based on the level we hire for, assessed skills and internal equity. Commission is tied to qualified opportunities accepted by sales.
