Zensar is seeking for Technical Business Systems Analyst - Toronto, Canada-(2 days/week onsite). This is open for Full time with excellent benefits and Contract Role as well with outstanding growth opportunities.

What You Bring to the Team:

• 5–8 years of experience in business systems analysis, technical consulting, or solution delivery roles, preferably in enterprise environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Proven experience working with:

• ETL pipelines, RESTful APIs, OAuth tokens, and Postman for testing and integration.
• Data modelling, data lineage, and data quality frameworks.
• Cloud platforms (e.g. Azure, AWS, or GCP) and enterprise integration patterns.
• Ability to define and document:
• End-to-end data journeys, system workflows, and non-happy path scenarios.
• Sequence diagrams, workflow diagrams, and architecture overviews using tools like Visio, Draw.io, or Lucid chart.
• Experience collaborating with development teams to:
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories.
• Validate solutions through UAT, test case design, and defect triage.
• Strong documentation and knowledge management skills, with the ability to curate and maintain technical artefacts for internal and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with agile delivery models, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritisation in collaboration with Product Owners and Scrum Masters.

Technical & Domain Assets:

• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Virtual Agents).
• Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and other data visualization or reporting tools.
• Exposure to enterprise systems such as Oracle Cloud, ServiceNow (SNOW), Workday, or Source point.
• Understanding of supply chain, procurement, or finance operations is a strong asset.
• Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher) are considered advantageous.
• Previous experience in back-end development, automation, or RPA is a plus.
