Key Responsibilities：
- Monitor and maintain existing cloud infrastructure and Linux/Windows servers
- Perform routine system backups, updates, health checks, and system maintenance
- Act as the first responder for incidents during North America/Europe hours: triage, mitigate, and coordinate with the China-based engineering team as needed
- Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation for systems, configurations, and operational procedures
- Manage day-to-day AWS, Azure, and GCP resources, including provisioning, access control, monitoring, and cost management
- Operate and troubleshoot containerized workloads on Kubernetes, and escalate complex issues to the China-based core engineering team with a clear diagnosis when needed
- Maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins and GitLab CI, and independently handle routine updates and troubleshooting
- Manage vendor and SaaS accounts, licenses, and user access, including cloud and AI-related tools
- Support production incidents and collaborate with distributed teams across different time zones
Qualifications：
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, cloud operations, system administration, or a related role, including experience independently supporting production systems
- Hands-on experience with Linux and/or Windows server administration
- Experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or similar
- Working knowledge of Docker and containerized environments
- Working knowledge of Kubernetes or another container orchestration platform
- Comfortable using Bash, Python, or similar scripting languages to automate routine tasks
- Working knowledge of networking and security fundamentals
- Experience supporting production incidents and working with distributed or cross-functional teams
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
- Must be based in, or able to commute to, the Greater Vancouver area
