Job Description
2 to 8 Years in Electronics Industry. Preferred Industry Type: Electronic Manufacturing Services.
Qualification
ITI / Diploma / BE in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation.
Competencies
ESD, MSD, 5S, TPM Losses, Safety work practices.
- Carry out the maintenance activities as per plan.
- Preperation, execution and record monitoring of preventive maintenance plan.
- Evaluates functionality and reliability of facility systems and associated equipment by conferring with operating departments; identifying problems and requirements.
- Experience in measuring KPI’s like MTBF and MTTR.
- Spares and contingency plan management.
- Supervises and assigns the work of maintenance employees.
- Inspects work for completeness.
- Coordinates or installs, inspects repairs and maintains the electrical & mechanical systems.
- Coordinate Annual Maintenance Contract activities for the listed equipments / machines.

Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and monitor preventive maintenance activities, evaluate facility systems and equipment reliability, and manage spare parts, contingency plans, and maintenance KPIs. Supervise maintenance employees, inspect completed work, coordinate electrical and mechanical repairs, and oversee annual maintenance contract activities.
Requirements
Requires 2–8 years of experience in the electronics industry, preferably in electronic manufacturing services. Requires an ITI, diploma, or bachelor's degree in electronics, electrical, or instrumentation, along with knowledge of ESD, MSD, 5S, TPM losses, and safe work practices.
