AI-Native Technical Product Manager Remote | Early-stage SaaS | Long-term role | Type: Part-time (20-30 hours), long-term Experience: 0–2 years or strong fresh graduate Compensation: $14.400 CAD anually or $1200 CAD monthly.
About the Company
We’re an early-stage SaaS startup building tools that help teams review, collaborate on, and manage complex documents and digital assets. Our customers span engineering, design, construction, and content-heavy teams. We’re now exploring AI-powered workflows and standalone agents to improve how reviews, documentation, and approvals happen - with the intent to integrate the best ideas into our core product over time. This role works closely with the founder and plays a direct part in experimentation, evaluation, and early product validation.
About the Role
Own the gap between customers, product strategy, AI-assisted development, and delivery.
You will investigate customer problems, analyze existing workflows and code, create product specifications, manage sprint execution, build customer-facing deliverables, and help shape the future of zipBoard.
Success Looks Like
Within 90 days:
Customer issues are triaged.
Product specs are development-ready.
Sprint planning and execution run independently.
Customer decks and roadmap discussions are prepared proactively.
Documentation is current.
AI tools are actively used to accelerate investigations, specifications, and prototypes.
