- 10+ years of IT experience with a minimum of 5+ years in Agile Delivery Management.
- Strong experience delivering large-scale enterprise applications, digital transformation, or cloud initiatives.
- Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Lean methodologies.
- Experience managing multiple Agile teams simultaneously.
- Proven track record of delivering projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or Rally.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.
