Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.
Experience Requirements
- 10+ years of software development and MarTech implementation experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on Adobe Journey Optimizer implementation experience.
- Strong experience with:
o Adobe Experience Platform
o Adobe Journey Optimizer
o Mobile & Web Journey Configuration
o Profile & Audience Management
o Event-driven Marketing Automation
- Experience integrating Adobe solutions with CRM, Analytics, CDP, and Customer Data platforms.
- Experience implementing complex omni-channel customer journeys.
Preferred Certifications
Mandatory/Highly Preferred
- Adobe Journey Optimizer Developer Expert
- Adobe Experience Platform Developer Expert
Additional Preferred
- Adobe Experience Platform Data Architect

Implement Adobe Journey Optimizer and other MarTech solutions, including mobile and web journeys, profile and audience management, and event-driven marketing automation. Integrate Adobe solutions with CRM, analytics, CDP, and customer data platforms, and implement complex omnichannel customer journeys.
Requirements
Requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or a related discipline, along with 10+ years of software development and MarTech implementation experience. Candidates must have 3+ years of hands-on Adobe Journey Optimizer implementation experience and strong Adobe Experience Platform expertise; Adobe Journey Optimizer Developer Expert and Adobe Experience Platform Developer Expert certifications are mandatory or highly preferred.
