Modern Workspace Solution Architect (AI, Automation & Collaboration)OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Modern Workspace Solution Architect with 10+ years of IT experience to lead the design and delivery of enterprise workplace solutions across Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot, AI-driven automation and SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise, solution architecture capabilities, and stakeholder leadership to drive digital workplace transformation and operational efficiency.________________________________________Key Responsibilities• Architect and govern enterprise solutions across Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint Online, Power Apps, and Power Automate.• Lead implementation of AI-powered solutions utilizing Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Generative AI capabilities.• Design scalable automation solutions to streamline business processes and improve employee productivity.• Architect modern intranet, document management, and knowledge management solutions on SharePoint Online.• Drive enterprise collaboration strategies leveraging Microsoft Teams and integrated workplace services.• Establish governance, security, compliance, and platform standards for M365 and Power Platform.• Design integrations using Microsoft Graph, APIs, Azure services, and third-party platforms.• Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into solution designs and technology roadmaps.• Provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, and mentorship to delivery teams.________________________________________Required Technical SkillsMicrosoft Modern Workplace• Microsoft 365• Microsoft Teams• SharePoint Online• Exchange Online• OneDrive• Microsoft VivaAI & Automation• Microsoft 365 Copilot• Copilot Studio• Azure OpenAI• AI Builder• Generative AI Solutions• Intelligent Process AutomationPower Platform• Power Apps• Power Automate• Power BI• Dataverse• Power Platform GovernanceIntegration & Security• Microsoft Grap
