Key Responsibilities –
Additional InformationWe are seeking a skilled and motivated Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Support Consultant to provide ongoing support and optimization of our clients Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) environment, Supply Chain Management and Project Operations. This role involves troubleshooting, system configuration, and providing technical support for end users to ensure the smooth running of financial and operational processes within the system.
You will also collaborate with internal teams and clients to enhance system functionality and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Key responsibilities Support & Troubleshooting: Provide day-to-day support to users by resolving technical issues related to Dynamics 365 F&O.
Troubleshoot and escalate issues as necessary, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
Handle incident and service requests, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
System Configuration & Maintenance:
Assist in configuring and maintaining various modules within Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Project Operations, including Finance, Supply Chain, and Human Resources.
Perform regular system checks, updates, and optimizations to ensure peak performance.
System Enhancements & Process Improvement: Assist in the design, testing, and implementation of new features, functionalities, or integrations within Dynamics 365 F&O.
Collaborate with developers and technical teams to address system customizations or integrations.
Version Upgrades & Patches: Support system upgrades, patches, and new releases of Dynamics 365 F&O, ensuring minimal business disruption and smooth transitions.
Compliance & Security: Ensure the application of necessary security protocols, compliance standards, and financial regulations within the system.
