Network Security SME:
- 12+ years of IT experience with strong expertise in enterprise Network Security technologies.
- Strong hands-on experience with Palo Alto and Fortinet FortiGate firewalls, including deployment, administration, migrations, upgrades, and operational support.
- Proven experience in Firewall Lifecycle Management, including deployments, migrations, refreshes, remediation, and policy optimization.
- Extensive experience with VPN technologies and remediation, including IPSec, SSL VPN, Site-to-Site VPN, Remote Access VPN, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Strong expertise in Firewall & VPN Troubleshooting, traffic analysis, packet validation, root cause analysis, and security incident resolution.
- Hands-on experience with NAC solutions, Network & Security Monitoring tools, and Observability Platforms for visibility, performance monitoring, and proactive troubleshooting.
- Experience integrating firewalls with IDS/IPS, Secure Web Gateways, SIEM, Proxy, and Authentication solutions, while supporting critical production environments.

Responsibilities
Manage and support enterprise firewalls and VPNs, including deployments, migrations, upgrades, lifecycle refreshes, remediation, policy optimization, and troubleshooting. Integrate firewall solutions with security and monitoring systems, and support visibility, performance monitoring, incident resolution, and critical production environments.
Requirements
Requires 12 or more years of IT experience and strong expertise in enterprise network security. Candidates should have hands-on experience with Palo Alto and Fortinet FortiGate firewalls, VPN technologies, NAC, monitoring and observability tools, and integrations with security platforms.
