Payroll Control Center Lead
Position Summary
The Payroll Control Center (PCC) Lead will design and implement the Payroll Control Center operating model for SAP payroll solutions, establishing governance rules, control procedures, and operational workflows for payroll management post-implementation. This role ensures seamless payroll operations, compliance, and optimization through centralized PCC controls.
Primary Responsibilities
PCC Operating Model Design
Define PCC organizational structure and governance framework for payroll operations.
Design PCC roles and responsibilities matrix for payroll management.
Establish PCC workflows and payroll process flows.
Define payroll control procedures and segregation of duties.
Document the PCC operating model and governance structure.
Align the PCC model with organizational payroll strategy and operational requirements.
PCC Configuration & Payroll Rules
Configure PCC master data setup and organizational hierarchies for payroll.
Define and configure PCC access control rules and user permissions.
Set up PCC approval hierarchies and escalation procedures for payroll.
Configure PCC payroll processing rules and validation controls.
Establish PCC payroll control account setup.
Configure exception handling and override procedures for payroll.
PCC Payroll Process & Workflow Design
Design payroll processing workflows and control points in PCC.
Establish payroll approval procedures and sign-off workflows.
Create payroll variance investigation and resolution procedures.
Design payroll reconciliation workflows and control procedures.
Establish payroll correction and adjustment procedures.
Design ad-hoc payment and payroll exception handling workflows.
Payroll Control Framework & Compliance
Establish internal controls for payroll processing in PCC.
Define payroll control matrices and compliance requirements.
Document payroll control procedures and requirements.
