Job Title: Program Manager
Location: Toronto, ON Onsite
Job Type: Full-Time Permanent
Lead complex, enterprise-scale Capital Markets, Treasury, and Market Risk technology transformation programs.
Drive Murex implementation, enhancement, integration, or transformation initiatives across front-to-back capital markets functions.
Provide leadership across business, technology, risk, architecture, and vendor teams.Manage large-scale programs involving scope, budget, milestones, dependencies, RAID, governance, and executive reporting.
Partner with Treasury, Market Risk, Front Office, Finance, and Technology stakeholders to translate business and regulatory requirements into technology solutions.
Lead initiatives associated with regulatory and risk programs such as FRTB, Basel IIICVA, and related market-risk transformations.
Manage program governance across multiple workstreams, technology teams, and third-partyvendor organizations.Provide senior-level stakeholder communication and reporting to executives and steering committees.
Drive delivery across the complete lifecycle, from strategy and planning through implementation and production rollout.
Required Experience1520 years of experience in Capital Markets technology, preferably within Tier-1 banks or major financial institutions.
Strong domain knowledge across Capital Markets, Treasury, Market Risk, and trading systems.Direct Murex experience is highly preferred, ideally involving major implementation or transformation programs.
Experience leading large, multi-million-dollar technology programs.
Strong understanding of regulatoryrisk initiatives such as FRTB, Basel III, CVA, or comparable regulatory transformation programs.Experience managing globally distributed technology and business teams.
Strong understanding of front-to-back Capital Markets processes and technology landscape.Proven ability to operate with senior business, risk, technology, and executive stakeholders.
Excellent program governance, financial management, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
