Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Alliston, ON L9R 1A2, Canada (Onsite)
Type: Contract & Fulltime (both)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Has a good understanding of engine lines.
- Experience in:
- Engine die-cast line equipment and specification document creation.
- Engine die-cast machining line equipment and specification document creation.
- Engine assembly line equipment and specification document creation.
- Experience in taking designs from concept through manufacturing and installation.
- Able to perform basic engineering calculations to size machine components.
- Able to analyze problems and implement improvements in existing designs and equipment.
- Responsible for leading end-to-end execution.
- Project management experience.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, resource planning, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.
- Coordinate with customer Production Engineering teams, equipment suppliers, and global vendors to ensure on-time equipment procurement, installation, and production readiness.
- Drive FAT, SAT, commissioning, production trials, and launch support activities.
Must-Have Requirements
- Good understanding of engine lines.
- Experience in engine die-cast line equipment, engine die-cast machining line equipment, and engine assembly line equipment, including specification document creation.
- Project management experience.
- Experience managing project schedules, budgets, resource planning, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.
