Responsibilities
Plan and deliver AML compliance programs and technology implementations, coordinating stakeholders across compliance, risk, legal, technology, and business teams. Manage regulatory alignment, project risks, budgets, reporting, process improvements, and documentation for audits and regulatory examinations.
Requirements
Requires at least five years of project management experience, including three years in AML, compliance, or regulatory environments, plus a PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification. Candidates should understand AML regulations and KYC, have experience with technology implementations and integrations, and demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder management skills; CAMS and financial services experience are preferred.
