Job Title: QE Automation (API Automation + Java , Selenium + Rest Assured)

- 5-10 years of Quality Engineering and Test Automation experience with strong expertise in API and UI automation within Agile delivery environments.
- Hands-on experience designing and building automation frameworks from scratch, including scalable, reusable, data-driven, and maintainable test architectures.
- Strong proficiency in Java, REST Assured, TestNG/JUnit, and API automation with REST/SOAP services. REST Assured automation is mandatory.
- Develop and maintain robust UI automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver and Java, supporting functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Create automated API test suites covering request/response validation, authentication, contract testing, negative scenarios, and backend data verification.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product owners, and Scrum teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Build and execute automated regression suites within CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Maven, Git, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps, or similar technologies.
- Perform backend and database validation using SQL to verify data integrity, transactions, and system integrations across banking platforms.
- Contribute to test strategy, automation best practices, framework enhancements, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience with BDD frameworks such as Cucumber/Gherkin, Page Object Model (POM), and data-driven automation approaches is preferred.
- Investigate defects, perform root cause analysis, support release validation, and ensure adherence to security, compliance, and quality standards.
- Banking, Financial Services, Payments, Credit Cards, Lending, or Wealth Management domain experience is highly preferred.
