Required Skill Set:

  • QE Delivery Manager is responsible for leading end to end QE delivery across multiple programs and projects, ensuring high-quality releases through effective test strategy, automation adoption, governance, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement.
  • More than 10 years of overall IT experience.
  • Minimum 5 years in QE Delivery management. Experience managing large scale enterprise digital transformation programs.
  • Strong experience in Quality Engineering and Testing Delivery. Strong stakeholder and customer management skills.
  • Experience managing distributed onsite-offshore teams.

Hands on understanding of:

  • Test Automation (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, UFT, Tosca, etc.)
  • API Testing (Postman, REST Assured)
  • Performance Testing (LoadRunner, JMeter, NeoLoad)
  • Agile/Scrum and DevOps practices
  • CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
  • Test Management Tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, QMetry, ALM)
