Design and manage Salesforce CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.Define Git branching, source-control, release, and environment strategies.Establish DevOps and release governance across multiple Salesforce delivery teams.Automate build, validation, testing, and deployment processes.Manage Salesforce metadata dependencies, merge conflicts, and deployment issues.Implement quality gates, static-code analysis, automated testing, and release controls.Drive adoption of Salesforce DX, Salesforce CLI, and source-driven development.Lead production-release planning, deployment readiness, rollback strategies, and post-deployment validation.Mentor teams and continuously improve DevOps maturity, automation, and release reliability.Required SkillsStrong experience in Salesforce engineering, DevOps, or release management.Strong knowledge of Salesforce DX, Salesforce CLI, Git, Metadata API, Apex, LWC, and Salesforce security/configuration.Hands-on experience with Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT, Flosum, or similar Salesforce DevOps tools.Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI/CD.Strong understanding of CI/CD, branching strategies, sandbox/environment management, automated testing, and release governance.Experience supporting large-scale, multi-team Salesforce programs.Strong troubleshooting, stakeholder-management, and technical-leadership skills.
Experienced Salesforce DevOps Lead to lead CI/CD, release automation, environment management, and DevOps governance for enterprise Salesforce programs. The ideal candidate will combine strong Salesforce platform knowledge with hands-on experience implementing scalable DevOps and release-management practices.
