Position Summary

The Fiori Lead will design and develop SAP Fiori user interfaces and applications for SAP payroll solutions, focusing on Employee Self-Service (ESS) and Manager Self-Service (MSS) experiences for payroll and benefits. This role requires expertise in UX/UI design, RAP (ABAP RESTful Application Programming), and OData APIs to deliver modern, intuitive user experiences for payroll processes.

Primary Responsibilities

Payroll Fiori Application Design & Development

Design and develop Fiori applications for payroll Employee Self-Service (ESS) and Manager Self-Service (MSS).

Create intuitive user interfaces for payroll inquiries and tax statements.

Develop applications for payroll slip access, tax information, and payroll history.

Build manager dashboards for payroll review and approval workflows.

Design responsive payroll applications for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

Implement role-based access control for payroll Fiori applications.

Optimize payroll application performance and user experience.

RAP (ABAP RESTful Application Programming) Development for Payroll

Develop RAP services for payroll data exposure to Fiori applications.

Design and implement CDS (Core Data Services) views for payroll entities.

Develop behavior implementations for payroll business logic.

Create payroll APIs for Fiori application consumption.

Implement validation and error handling in payroll RAP services.

Optimize RAP performance for payroll queries.

Document payroll RAP services and API specifications.

OData API Design for Payroll

Design OData services for payroll application data access.

Develop OData APIs for payroll ESS and Manager Self-Service functionality.

Configure OData query options and filtering for payroll data.

Implement OData error handling for payroll processes.

Ensure OData service performance.
